Chief Purpose and Inclusion Officer social media management
Spent one year supporting all communications (traditional, event and social media moments) for the Chief Purpose and Inclusion Officer at PwC. This included managing her LinkedIn account and tracking her engagements. A change in strategy relating to focus of her posts saw a 50% engagement boost in less than two quarters.
Event social strategy planning
Prior to events like AWS Re: Invent, SAP Sapphire, Microsoft Ignite, and more, I worked to coordinate on-site event social strategies that not only promoted the brand at the event, but also encouraged post-event engagement opportunities. This included creating “scripts” for our stakeholders that highlighted key event messaging to be showcased in LinkedIn “on-the-ground" style interview videos. With 2-3 spokespeople sharing videos per event, we secured thousands of engagements per event.
